Does Col. Sanders want to baby-sit your chickens? Of course they will, and probably launch a smaller version of the iPhone 6s as well. As of 12/07/2015, Macworld readers voting in a poll are keen on the 4.7-inch iPhone with 38% that prefer this size, 21% preferring the 4-inch, followed closely by the 5.5-inch at 20%. Only a scant 4% want a 3.5-inch (which is the iPhone 4s size).
In September 2015, Apple’s iPhone 5c turned two years old, and that led to questions about whether it will be the first and last model of the colorful plastic style. In the run-up to the launch of the iPhone 6s Plus and 6s there weren’t many rumors about the iPhone 6c. But the latest rumors are suggesting that the new iPhone 6c will launch at an event in March with availability from April 2016.
We think Apple wants to move all its products over to Touch ID so expectations are for the new 6c to offer this feature (so it will work with Apple Pay) but not 3D Touch. The 6c will offer an improved FaceTime HD camera with a f2.2 aperture and a new flash on the back. The 6c is said to have an A8 processor, the same as found in the iPhone 6 & 6 Plus. It is also rumored to have Bluetooth 4.1 included.
A report from KGI in January 2016 predicts the new 4-inch device will offer an A9 processor, as well as 16GB of storage, NFC, TouchID, and 2GB of RAM.

In any case, as the launch of the iPhone 6c draws near its fascinating to see so many similar concept images that appear to just come straight off the Macworld website. (So much for creativity?)
