Apple has consistently been the trend setter in the smartphone business and this trend is expected to continue in the release of iPhone 7. The Apple cult is busy sketching out features and specs from the rumor mill. But rumors do play an important role in product development itself, as tech products draw their inspiration from community ideas. Products of technology that do not take these ideas into consideration are unlikely to be a commercial success.
During the first two weeks of September is usually when Apple holds an unveiling event of their latest devices, it appears this year’s event will be during the week of 7 September. A supposedly leaked internal email indicates sales to begin on September 25th with pre-orders accepted from September 18.
Rumors have focused on 8 expected features: (1) Larger display with Home Button, (2) 16 MP Camera, (3) A10 Processor, (4) 256GB Memory, (5) 5G, (6) Projector, (7) Longer Battery Life, (8) iOS 9 with More Applications.
However, features do include Siri becoming more proactive in recognizing your behavior, and iPhone 7 is expected to look almost identical to 6.
